I have created this page to enhance my skills with WordPress, Google analytics, Web hosting, Search engine optimization (SEO), User experience (UX) design and Agile development methods. But most importantly to share my passion for all things related to the Information Technology, and latest trends in cybersecurity.

I have recently graduated from the California Technical Academy (CTA) Information Technology Network Support Specialist program. I hold current CompTIA A+, Network + and Security + certifications. I am looking forward to continued learning eventually leading me to a career in IT industry with focus on cybersecurity.

About Me

I thrive on solving problems and bringing value to any team or project. I am an innovative Program & Project Manager encompassing 12+ years of experience in managing government programs, employee development, team building, implementing change management, and process improvement initiatives.

I am confident in conducting performance testing, enforcing safety & quality assurance standards, and program evaluation utilizing Six Sigma & LEAN process improvement concepts. I am experienced in leading diverse teams of up to 55 personnel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I pride myself on exceptional ability to adapt to challenges while leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, providing solutions to complex problems and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What drives me is my passion for people and making a difference in the organization I belong to. I truly believe in success through the development of others. I am a team builder that motivates teams to exceed all expectations. As I begin my transition from military, I am looking for a Southern California based company that I can grow with, leverage my passion and motivation for process improvement and developing others while making a significant contribution on daily basis.
